I am a real estate agent and a consumer. This company is horrible. I had a leaky garbage disposal replaced by Tom (by the way - perhaps a bit less chatting and more attention to quality of work may have helped). One week later - the new garbage disposal was leaking. I had called Tom at least 6 times with no answer and no reply. Finally, I called one more time - this time, there was no answer; however, my phone was on my desk next to me. Within 10 minutes of my call, my phone rang (ONCE) and the call was disconnected. So, apparently this company expected to say "we did try to call you back" - however, I immediately called the company again and what happened - no answer. I left a voicemail message to let them know I was sitting right there, including what I had observed. Never heard from them again - this was one month ago. Even if your home warranty company sends this company out to your home - beware. I would refuse to have them back to my home.

I had a swer replaced by this company they did a excellent job they were also had a great price The city inspector or had nothing but good things to say about Tom and his crew Cleaned up the dirt and the debris I would refer them to anyone.

Tom and his team came into my home to repair a cold water line. Upon completion of a new bathtub, bathtub wall surround, and pipes. We were left with debris under the replaced tub as well as the bathtub drain not even being attached, he also had to come out twice to fix the caulking along the bathtub and sink vanity they had to move. Not at all professional in communication or follow through would steer clear of possible.
