Every time I walk in to pick up something I am greeted by the staff. I recently had work done on my Cub Cadet lawn mower. The mechanics were very helpful in the process of working on the warrantied engine. They kept me informed throughout from start to finish. My experience with Godwin Plumbing of Ada has been nothing but exceptional.

The customer service is great. I had a capasitor go out on my A/C on the hottest day of June. Called Godwin at 4:15 pm on a Saturday to see if they had my part. They called me back saying they had it. Took me over half hour to drive there. The person who took my call said he would wait in parking lot after closing time for me to get there so I could get my part and fix my AC. Great people and customer care.

Love Godwin! 3 weeks ago we had them fix some toilet/plumbing issues, did an amazing job! Today they came and fixed our air conditioning in our house. Matt was the HVAC tech today and was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Lifetime customer here!

On 5-20-2019 I had work done by Godwin. Excellent, quick and friendly service. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and it was fixed in a jiffy at a reasonable price. I can't remember the plumbers name but he was great! I definitely will use Godwin again.

They have a lot to choose from, but they aren't very helpful. Once the old guy finally stopped talking to the female employee who were both just sitting there at the counter, he was unable to help me out. Yet, me, not a plumber, figured out what I needed to do what I wanted. And guess what?! I fixed my leak on my own without their help. Of course, I went elsewhere to get what I needed though.
