wanted to give a special thanks to Hendrys for donating a propane furnace to me. I am a disabled Iraq war veteran and never expected such a generous donation in the form of a funace to heat my barn. now I will be able to do some part time work on my own to help take care of my family! Called but never responded

I recently purchased a new custom built for me home . Hendry's HVAC was the plumber who did the plumbing and mechanical in my home. Early on I had issues with the plumbing starting with a leaky toilet and master bath sink. I eventually brought in a state inspector due to other issues I was having. Upon investigation, my home supplied 12 code violations in plumbing and mechanical. When Hendry's was notified, they came back to repair the issues. One of the issues was a leaking waste water pipe in my pantry wall (due to a shelving company who drilled into the pipe while hanging shelves). Every time the toilet flushed upstairs it landed in my pantry. Matt had to come to my home the day after the repair because the pipe was leaking again. He left saying the issue was resolved. The very next day it began leaking again. Extremely disappointing considering the glue they use is very foul in odor throughout my house and he did not take care in his application of the glue resulting in damaged toys and door knobs. I decided to have a new company come to repair the issue instead of asking Hendry's to return to my home. They are planning to write me a check to replace the damaged items that I brought to their attention. If they were honest they would have come forth with the information themselves and not waited for me to find it. From what I gather from the state inspector, this company has been negligent in its return of texts, phone calls, and emails. This is a company to stay clear of for sure.
