Awesome service! Had an emergency plumbing issue and they returned my call quickly and were able to get someone here same day. The guy showed up right on time, was knowledgeable, worked very efficiently and was friendly! Issue was fixed in no time. Would absolutely recommend to friends or family. Thanks again!

My toilet would not stop running but worse the feed valve was leaking badly. Called and Caleb came really quickly. After doing adjustments on toilet and tightening a packing on fill valve the problem was resolved. Great job by Caleb! Thanks!

Trust the reviews. Find another company. I tried and tried to stay with them. here’s my top five issues I had: 1. I have email confirmation of an appointment to do a lot of work. Tied to delivery of me appliances. When I called to confirm they said they had no one scheduled and could do the work for a week. 2. It took me three emails, a visit and a phone call just to set up that appointment. 3. They were terrible about getting back to me I called 4 times about fixing a shower head. 4. They didn’t fix my furnace and had to come back.

Reached out to these nice folks after seeing their commercials about how knowledgable and personal their services are. The woman I spoke to was friendly but very quick in asking a barrage of questions.- Sadly, this is yet another local service provider who wanted to ask several questions before telling you that "so-and-so is the person you'll need to speak with and I'll have to take your name and number and...." NOPE. Sorry. I've been dealing with service providers in and around Portland non-stop for two years. I've played the "let us get back to you game" enough to know that you don't hear back. These guys may have been different but I wasn't willing to stop my search and wait for some unknown person to call me. NOTE TO THE WALTZ COMPANY AND ALL OTHER TRADES SERVICES PROVIDERS: Business is booming right now, I get it. You're flush with money and work, so one person calling about one project isn't so important. Certainly not important enough for you to politely thank and decline their request for you to come out. But all it will take is a small stock market bump, or a half-percent cool in the construction market, and you'll be looking for those of us who needed you in the past. I, for one, intend to remember and will not attempt to do business with you again. And that makes me kind of sad.
