Our bottom floor bathroom wasn't working and we have a disabled child in our home. They came minutes after I called and fixed the issue within the hour. The pricing was very fair. It left me feeling as though I should have simply called them first before trying to resolve it on my own initially. I highly recommend this company. They were polite, understanding, explanatory, and just good people in general.
Extremely happy with the quality of work done and the fair price. I called 5 local plumbers trying to get someone to fix some simple building code and maintenance issues. They contacted me very quickly and are actually the only plumbers to have even bothered to call back (now going on the 2nd week since they finished work). Very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful - I'm now looking forward to replacing my 1970's shower, and I know who to call!
