I have used them twice for plumbing issues. Both times, I had a technician at my home on the day I called. The technician (Arnold) was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable and he fixed the problem. The price was reasonable, and I will call them again when I need their help.

The old man is a liar. Gave me a price for ductwork, never did the work. I called numerous times, visited and wrote. He promised me it would get done. I made an appointment which was not kept. This is about a year later. Nothing. Bad business. Very, very poor company.

Needed a service call, tech only bleed the furnace and called it good. Still have issues with the machine.

I can't say enough good things about RJ Energy. I left them one time to save a few pennies on kerosene. It was the biggest mistake! Ir caused some serious trouble with my heaters the following winter while I was out away. My daughter was still at my house and needed the heat. I called RJ Energy and they went right out to take care of the problem. They even gave me time to pay the bill! They ended up going out several times to fix the problem that another company had caused. Their price was reasonable and they always came within an hour of calling to report the problem. They got my heaters straightened out and they were so good at working with me about financing! When I call for fuel delivery, they always deliver quickly. And if I forget to call in time, they always manage to deliver kerosene within 24 hours! I would recommend RJ Energy over any other fuel company in the area! Thanks, RJ Energy, for all you do for us!!
