Came out next day, gave a phone estimate, and stuck to it. Verry professional, and efficient. Answered my questions, and shared some knowledge. 2 well equipped guys that worked together well. A clean, obviously well maintained truck/equipment/hoses and most of all left little to no foot print in my yard.

When I first called the lady on the phone named Lisa was very help full and knowledgeable. She seem to know what she was talking about so I scheduled an appointment. The next day i called and canceled because we thought all it needed was for it to get pumped, then after a little more consideration i called back and rescheduled because what she said about maintenance made sense and i figured we would just get the works done on it. When I called back she seemed bothered and was acting as if I was a problem or an inconvenience so she said the guys were out and she wasn't sure when they would be done. I asked her to keep me informed so that I could be here when they came. After 1 day of not hearing back from her I decided to call her back and she said they weren't going to be able to come out on the day I had scheduled because of some instalation. So she pushed me back to Friday. I told her again to keep me informed and I didn't hear anything from AGAIN!! So I decided to call her and she told me one of their trucks had broken and that they may not make it out. She pretty much suggested I go elsewhere. So because of the run around I got I decided to go elsewhere and when I informed her as a courtesy which is something this lady has no clue about she said that would be best. Well when the other people I hired came out to work on my septic system they told me that they don't even service this area. I told him I wish she would've just said that in the beginning. So I left a review on here about my personal experience and she apparently did not like it. She called me over and over and over on my cell phone which i couldnt answer because i was at a math pentathlon (amazing how all of a sudden she could call). When I finally answered I tried to explain why I said what I did and she started to literally talk over me and argue with me as I was trying to explain why I reviewed what I did. She was very, very rude!!! I told her to have a great day and I really hope she learned a lesson about not being rude to customres. It seems to me that this company is definitely not your trustworthy, good honest work company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It also appears they blocked my other review so I'm sure most of the reviews on here may be fake. If I could give a 0 I would!!
