Great company, Great employees!!! 5 Stars. The reviews speak for themselves, except the ones that leave no comment which to me means they should not have left a review in the first place. O'Connor offers 24hr. service and up front pricing with an industry leading service call fee of only $44. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

With an older home and the possibility of replacement shower valves not being available, we went with a replacement. Donnie & Tristan did a great job. They called ahead of time advising they were on their way. Explained the entire process and completed the install in a timely fashion. Tested everything and cleaned up before leaving. I’ll recommend them anytime someone ask about plumbing work.

Thanks so much to Andrew and his helpers Tristan and Tea - they were fantastic not only at figuring out what was causing the leak under the sink, but then helping me prevent the same problem with my other valves/lines as well. Helpful, expert, and able to talk to me in plain language I could understand and use to make an informed decision - Andrew is the poster-child for "customer service!" O'Connor is my go-to now for any plumbing related issue! Thanks for the excellent work.

First time using O'Connor Plumbing and we are extremely pleased with the quality of service and the technician. Donnie called well within the time frame window and promptly went to work upon arrival on the three items we needed corrected. He had all parts with him for both the indoor and outdoor issues and did an outstanding job! He made sure we were happy with the end result and that all worked properly, very professional and customer service oriented. Fair price and excellent job...can't ask for more. than that and done right the first time! If you live in Frederick, make O'Connor your plumber and ask for Donnie. Called O’Connor on a Saturday, since it wasn’t an emergency, just more of a hassle, we decided to wait until Monday to have a tech come out. The office called me Monday morning and we had Donnie come just a few short hours later! Found out we just needed new toilets. Donnie was amazing. Very honest. Ordered new toilets with him here (he had personally recommended a few). Found one he recommended on sale. He came back today (Friday) to install all 3! Came early! We signed the Shamrock Club Contract. Donnie also did an inspection of all the pipes and recommended a few things but nothing that had to be done ASAP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Will always ask for Donnie for any of our plumbing needs!
