Jim, Kim & the Cardigan staff are a very talented, customer service and professional group. We were informed of the process and Jim & Kim attention to detail was exemplary. It was a pleasant experience and the project and timeline was on point. We are so pleased and happy with our hallway bathroom, we can't wait to get started on the Master! We would highly recommend and will gladly refer Cardigan to anyone who is looking for a remodel in their kitchen and bath. You won't be disappointed. They compare to none and I truly appreciate them listening to what we wanted and envisioned and the price was comparable to what we wanted. Top notch service and quality. Caught 10 mistakes that other cabinet companies would have missed. It's always nice to have your cabinets come in correct the first time.

Cardigan just finished a total master bath remodel for us and I am excited to say it is BEAUTIFUL! We have never experienced a remodel but after this experience I would not hesitate to do another. From design and planning to demolition and rebuild every person was kind, respectful and professional. The contractors were top notch and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. We made a great decision to work with Cardigan rather than bigger companies.

Cardigan did a fine job remodeling two bathrooms for us. They came in on schedule (for the most part) and on budget. We did have a couple of issues with scheduling (e.g., two workers sked to show up between 8 and 9 a.m., but only one showed up at 11.a.m.). I ended up helping him with the demolition (no big deal; I volunteered). A mistake in cutting a piece of backsplash delayed finishing the job for a week. Again, no big problem. The bathroom was usable at that point. Had to ask the technician to caulk around the perimeter of the Kohler Choreograph used in the master bath. He said they don't normally do that, but I pointed out some gaps that I feared might allow water to seep in behind the board. Overall, an acceptable job. I don't, as a rule, recommend contractors, so don't assume anything because I don't include a recommendation.

Cardigan completed a total basement remodel for us including a new bathroom and did an outstanding job. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Excellent crew that were both courteous and reliable. I would highly recommend them.
