Can not say enough good things about our experience with Grove. From our initial call them, their staff was polite and helpful. The technicians that came out were informative, educative, neat and very polite. They went over our options, and gave suggestions. The installation went smoothly. They brought a window ac unit in case we needed it overnight, but they finished in time so we did not need it. I loved that they thought ahead and thought beyond the job and were concerned for our comfort and experience. I told them I would gladly write this review and recommend them to anyone we know in need of a repair or new system. Thanks you Grove!

I called Grove heating and cooling because my air conditioning unit and furnace needed to be replaced. I called them and they were able to come on the same day to assess my unit. They were very professional, quick and did not attempt to up-sell me on a more expensive unit like other companies I consulted. The installation guys came a few days later and did an excellent job. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality of work and service provided. I definitely recommend Grove Heating and Cooling!

Had a new HVAC system installed in 2018, with yearly maintenance this spring. Price was competitive, and the install went well. All workers and staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I am very satisfied with the new heat and air units. In particular they do a great job of cooling our hard to cool upstairs bedrooms in our Bowie cape. I chose Grove Heating and Air because it felt like a company with integrity, and I am happy to report that more than a year later I feel the same way.

Our AC went out when temps were 94 degrees. I called other companies and the soonest other companies could come out was 5 days later! I called Grove and they ask if I wanted them to come out today. I was so thankful they could come out so quickly. Our time window was from 10am- 2pm. With temps still really high I imagine they had a full schedule. At 1pm they still had not called to say they were on their way but the office did call to let me know that I was the next stop and that the tech was finishing up the current job. That is great customer service!!! They knew I was counting every minute in the heat and made sure that I didn’t feel forgotten. The tech was very professional, answered all my questions, and thankfully had the part that needed to be replaced with him. Cost of the service and part was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Grove!

Exceptional Service and super quick turn around for installation. The sales agent came to my house for a quote within hours of my request, provided me with a reasonable quote, on the spot and was able to schedule my installation within 3 days. I didn't even get return phone calls from the other companies for quotes, until after our system was installed. The installers with professional and efficient. Plus installation includes a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend!
