Tri-State Plumbing & Heating

A great company! We use them a lot and have never had an issue and no complaints in regards to their pricing!

Tri-State Plumbing & Heating came out and did all our kitchen remodel plumbing. They made suggestions and updated stuff in 3 bathrooms and laundry room too. The receptionist was always helpful and knowledgeable. The plumbers were professional and quick about their work. The prices were good. What more can I say – HIGHLY recommend! They do what plumbers do well : ) Thank you Doug and staff!

Called Tri-State several weeks ago to schedule a plumber for a small repair. Receptionist said they would get back to me. They never did. When I called them back a week or so later, all I could get was an answering machine, on which I left my inquiry as to the status of my original request for a plumber. I did receive a return call from the office asking for details as to parts needed. And then we waited some more. My wife received a call several days later, however, the caller (receptionist?) evidently had our number confused with another customer, since she addressed my wife by the wrong name. My wife was advised that a plumber was in our area and may be calling us when he finished the job he was on. That's the last we heard from Tri-State, and that was over a week ago. I have lost confidence in Tri-State's ability to effectively follow-up on a work request, and would not recommend them for that reason. 5/30/2014 In all fairness, Tri-State did call today (more than 6 weeks after the first inquiry and 3 weeks after the above post!) and asked if we still needed a plumber.
