Hagerstown Heating and Cooling

We had a plumbing emergency early in the morning. I was given the phone number for this company by my brother. I contacted another company (that we had used before) first, and they said they would put us on their list and someone should get there "this morning". So I called Hag. Heating and Cooling. Since it was actually shortly before their office opened, I got their answering service. That person listed our call as an emergency and said a technician should call us within 15 minutes; which he did. When i spoke to Rich and explained what was going on he said he could be there in about 45 min. So, I cancelled with the other company. We were very pleased with this company - their quick response to our emergency, and the service. Rich was prompt, efficient, professional, and friendly. He explained everything to us, and immediately put us in touch with a company who would come and dry things out. I really appreciated that, because I had no idea what to do next. To Hagerstown Heating and Cooling I say THANK YOU !! THANK YOU !!

Hands down best company out there for HVAC. Matt came to my house and sat down with my wife and I and he went through and explained everything that needed to be done to meet the expectations I had which was to have my 2 story house at 68 degrees in the summer time. I had 5 company’s come to give quotes and tell me what needed done and no one compares to Hagerstown heating and cooling. I then had John and Colin come to my house and do measurements and they were a pleasure to work with laid back guys and joking around not like other company’s where the people where rude and in and out. Day of install I had Dave and Joshua and they went above and beyond on the install two great guys that answered all question I had and were very professional. After the two day install there was a issue with no air coming from the upstairs vents. John promised me he was going to do whatever it took to get me where I wanted to be like they promised for the start. John held up to his end of the deal and sent a crew out a third day and spent another 8 hours at my house to make sure they fixed it and it was what I wanted. To be honest I was shocked any other company would have made excuses for why it didn’t work and blame the customer but not John he even came out himself on the third day to help fix it. I was in shock definitely the best company and best staff I have ever dealt with. I then asked John if I owed any more money since they had to come out for a third day and use more materials and he said why would you owe more I’m doing what I promised you we are going to do what it takes to get you what we promised you. I can’t say enough good about these guys. Definitely trust Hagerstown heating and cooling you won’t regret it. They stand behind their work. Great company great people and very friendly and professional staff.

Brandon arrived on schedule for our appointment. He was quick and efficient with his work. He was polite and offered to take the time to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Rich did an excellent job installing our new water treatment system and other tasks that he took care of for us today. He was quick and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We definitely would recommend him and Hagerstown Heating & Cooling for any plumbing needs.

I just had a complete system installed by Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. They arrived when they said they would. The install went faster than I expected. The area inside and out was left very clean. I'm very impressed with the service and would recommend this group to others.

Friendly office staff and scheduled service same day. Grant, service technician arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. Blower motor bad. Left and came back in less than hour with part and installed and we are up and running again. Grant was friendly and knowledgeable and I certainly would recommend him and Hagerstown Heating and Air to anyone. The only thing I did not like was the $89.00 diagnostic Fee in addition to the part and labor which I believe just inflated the bill. I could understand charging this fee if I did not use them to repair the unit. The noise coming from the inside unit was pretty obvious the blower was bad even for a layman like myself. Total bill $696.00 (ouch) All in all price was higher than expected but the service was good.
