I had them replace our garbage disposal and was very impressed with the professionalism they showed. Bill's son Randy came out for the installation and he was extremely friendly and courteous. The pricing was fair and I feel good that they will stand behind their work. I can definitely recommend them.

Absolute crooks. Had a rep come out to look at my hot water heater that was covered under my home owners insurance. Sat here for approximately 45 minutes and literally did nothing. All he did was turn the knob up from medium to hot and stood around for 15 minutes waiting for it to heat up. I explicitly told the gentleman that it had been on the medium setting for over five months and only recently had made the water go from hot to luke warm. I had already done this myself prior to them coming here and told them on the phone what I had done to that point. Next thing I know I get an invoice for $155.50 that has no breakdown of charges. When asked for a breakdown of charges, the man then starts putting numbers in. Had I know I was going to be charged over $150 for no work being done, I'd have just paid to have the hot water heater serviced. These people are crooks and I'd never, ever recommend anyone getting work done at this place. * Quick break down. Charged for 45 minutes of "work" when he stood around for ten minutes waiting for the hot water heater to be heated up. Also sat out in his truck for approximately 10 minutes on the phone with the warranty people.

I've used Hohenstein Plumbing several times now, and they have always been quick, courteous and professional. They have gone the extra mile to explain my issues and repair options clearly, and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and friendly plumber.

Very bad company to deal with. They said they would use a certain material and did not. And not willing to work it out. I was not home for the repair. But told them what material I wanted.
