Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

If I could leave zero stars that’s what I would. Had our septic back up last night and had sticker on pipe to where it said when they emptied our tank the last time and having only lived here for 3 years we hadn’t needed it done and didn’t know where tank was located so called and left message on emergency line and never heard anything from them and called around 8-9 pm last night. So called Patrick Murphy and he was here within a hour of our call and took care of us and bill was very reasonable. Very disappointing that Roto Rooter could not even return call will never recommend them for anything. And will not call them ever again.

Such great service. Arrived on time, did a full assessment. Very satisfied.

Literally just called to schedule to have a plumber come to our house to fix a toilet. Woman who answered never heard, just kept saying hello. I have to even ask her if this was Roto-Rooter. She was then extremely rude and abrupt, she acted like it I was inconveniencing her. I starte nevermind and hung up. Obviously they do not want any business.
