Merit Plumbing Services gets a 5 star rating from me without question. Easy. This is the first time I used them. I already had every reason to believe they could be counted on to do an excellent job, based on the testimonies of others. They did not disappoint me either. Thank you so much Mike, Sam, Javier, and crew for responding to my difficult plumbing situation on such short notice. I had not one, but two, massive leaks well beneath my flooring and concrete. Merit Plumbing did a THOROUGH job in correctly tracking down and properly fixing the problems. I mean thorough!! Outstanding professional work by skilled people that know what they are doing and get the job done. As a customer, it's such a good feeling. I feel very good about their work and will not hesitate to call them again. You should do the same. You'll see.

Merit Plumbing is amazing. I never knew I could love a plumbing company. Until my house needed someone good - like real good. They needed to replace EVERY SINGLE PIPE coming AND going from my house. Yes. A big, huge job. Mike and his guys went above and beyond. They made my life easier (I don’t even know how that’s possible because plumbing issues suck). We have had ZERO issues and they were the best price BY FAR of the people we contacted. I want everyone to know that Mike (and Merit Plumbing) is the best. I couldn’t recommend more. I have many stories of the great ways these guys went above and beyond (one of which is that he fed and watered my chickens without me asking), but there is not enough room to write it all. Just take my word and know that you won’t regret using Merit. They’re the absolute best.

As someone who always reads reviews before use, I would highly recommend contacting Merit for any of your plumbing issues. Mike and team do a great job. I originally contacted them upon referral over a year ago. They helped fix a few plumbing issues in my new house. Not only did they fix the problems, but Mike (the owner) called to follow up after the work was done. It was a great personal touch. I say personal because it wasn't one of those "call customers to check a box" type calls. He understands that customers are important and a little extra goes a long way. The whole team at Merit works this way from customer service to the plumbers performing the work. When I had a water tank problem recently, I called Merit a second time. They came the same day and fixed it. If you are looking for a plumber, call these guys.

The team responded to a busted water heater, flooding and chaos with certainty, confidence and top tier customer service. They even called the next day to ensure that everything worked to my satisfaction and again 3 days later to make 100% certain that I was happy. Merit is the BEST!!! Hands down!!!
