Great company to work with. Good communication and on time. I had them come out to repair a sink return pipe. It was a though job but they got it done no complaints I would recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

Gerardo arrived within the specified time range, was respectful of me and my home and got the job done well and quickly. He even had to go out to buy a replacement toilet tank and was very efficient. Would recommend based on the skill and demeanor of my experience with this service provider! Who a company hires matters - if Gerardo is indicative of the type of people Collins hires, they should be doing well.

We had an excellent service call from Brian! He knew the cause to our problem in no time. I literally asked my husband if [he] was Jesus ???? Brian is very professional, friendly and possess a wealth of knowledge about all things plumbing. He doesn’t smell like a plumber either. BONUS! Brian is certainly an asset to Collins. We’ll definitely request him personally; next time we need plumbing service.

I had a clogged sink and the water wouldn't drain. I called my Home Warranty co. who called Collins last night. Collins called me before 9:30am to schedule an appointment. The tech was scheduled to come between 11:00 am and 3:00pm. Brian arrived at 11:00!! He fixed the clog, tested the disposal and the dishwasher to ensure everything was working properly. He was efficient and polite. Having worked with several plumbers over the past year, I found Collins to be the best. I wish I knew about them sooner
