Have used Crown for many years...always my first call

I called on this plumbing company due to what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. They were able to send someone out within 30 min which was fabulous, especially since my regular plumber was booked solid for a few days. "Mike" came out and was grumpy and rude. Gave me a hard time about dishes in my sink. Which let me preface by stating I apologized for and immediately removed. He then gave me a hard time for never trying restart button on garbage disposal. This being said, it ended up only being a clogged disposal. He was finished in 20 min and I was charged $100. He proceeded to explain how he could have just replaced the disposal even though it didn't need it and that it would have cost me more, and how most plumbers would have done this. As a homeowner for 10+ yrs, this is not my experience with plumbers or a normal fee for a service call less than 30 min. Prior to "Mike" leaving he asked personal questions which I politely told him I didn't feel comfortable sharing. I highly advise going elsewhere.
