Wallace Water Heater Services

My mom had her water heater go out today on Saturday and she searched for someone online to come out to fix it. She called Wallace Water Heater Service and Chris answered and had her send over the model number for the water heater she had and he checked into her warranty. She said Chris was very friendly and pleasant and came over with his father Leroy not long after to take a look at the water heater. Chris took the time to find out that my mom had bought an extended warranty on the previous water heater, which ended up saving her over $500. A few hours later, the water heater was replaced. I am so thankful that she was able to find this honest father & son pair to help her out and that they provided such great service. Highly recommended if you are looking for friendly, prompt service from honest plumbers that will not take advantage of you.
