I have been relying on Ken, for years now, for all my plumbing needs. Ken is pleasant, shows up same day, ready to go, identifies the problem, gives me a quote on the spot and starts right away. His quality of work is phenomenal and cleans up when he is done. I would highly recommend Ken for any size job.

I have used Ken for the last two years for anything from a leaking sink to a blown up boiler to radiator sandblasting. Every time he is here quickly and does a great job. I would never use another plumber!

Worst experience ever!!!! He couldn't even find the leak where the hose connected to the faucet. He said the problem was the faucet and a new faucet was needed. Not true!!!

I contacted Ken for an estimate on a sewer pipe replacement. He came out and gave my mother a verbal estimate for my pipe. My mother told me he seemed like he did not want to do the job. I emailed him a few days later asking for a written quote to which he did not respond. I called him the next day around 8pm and surprisingly he answered. I asked about a written estimate and he told me he only does free verbal estimates. He never said this before now. He also told me I could "maybe" get a written estimate by Sunday but he was "kinda busy." He further stated that he "never talked to me before." This was a lie as we communicated through e-mail, he spoke with my wife on the phone, and my mother in person. I pointed out how we had already spoke and that he was now contradicting himself. At this point, Ken hung up on me. Throughout this entire conversation it was evident Ken was intoxicated as he was slurring his words. I have no issue with drinking responsibly after work but if your going to do that-don't answer the phone. He was extremely unprofessional, displayed a lack of integrity, was not at all interested in doing the work which he could have just said that from the beginning, and was the highest quote we received (I just needed the quote in writing for a specific purpose). There is absolutely no way I would recommend him to anyone even if he did good work. So, if you like unprofessional plumbers then by all means give Ken a call.
