I don't know where to begin with this one -- they were responsive at the beginning (new construction, they installed the HVAC unit) with minor issues, prices were fair -- the house and it's components are only 2.5yrs old. Since then, I've had major leaks from the hot water heater (they installed), and the HVAC. One of the motorized damper control arms fell off!! The HVAC system has been leaking water for a month and they can't figure it out! They claim the drip pan below the system is cracked, and to replace it, it took them 3 weeks to get a new one (no communication at all along the way). The root cause of the leak still hasn't been found. This company then decides its a good idea to send a service guy to my house at 745 AM with no markings on his vehicle or professional clothing to let us know that he's with them. I cannot ever recommend this company. It's been frustrating with their lack of communication and lack of professionalism.
