Brian's Plumbing & Heating

Brian took couple of thousand dollars from us to get supplies and items needed to install our new bathroom. He was never on time to our meetings and we had weeks of scheduling conflicts of him not showing up and making up BS lies why he didn't make it. I took off work (multiple times) to be home so did a family member and he was either hours late or more frequently just never showed. We ended up suing him at Malden District Court to get back the couple thousand dollars that he "stole". Months later, Malden court found this CONMAN innocent because he claimed BANKRUPTCY however he still continues to practice. He did absolutely NO work in our bathroom nor purchased anything for us yet legally got away with a crime in my opinion. I wonder who else he may have conned out of thousands of dollars. This is a legit review. Feel free to reach out to me on validity. You should be very concerned about this man. Do not trust him. IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT: LMAO at your typical bs excuses. 1) It was a brand new construction so definitely no mold then or now. 2) We absolutely did not and do not have any kids in the house. 3) It wasn't the kitchen so clearly you have us confused with another family that you are calling lazy and insulting them. 4) We never involved the police on you - they were only involved many months later when you failed to show up in court multiple times and thus there was a warrant placed for your arrest for failing to show up in court. This was all prior to you claiming bankruptcy and winning your conman case.

This is my second time using Brian and he is great! Low prices, great work, and a very nice person. My wife and I had no heat and are pipes were frozen and Brian came out after no other plumber would. very nice work!

After our water heater tank's bottom fell out overnight, we called Brian first thing in the morning. We picked up a new water heater that morning and he was able to come by that afternoon and installed our new tank within the hour of him arriving. His price was fair, too. I'd recommend him for this quick work again.

Look absolutely no further. You are at the right place for any and all of your plumbing and heating needs. Brian is the most compassionate, knowledgable and trustworthy guy there is. He did incredible work and did it fairly, honestly,timly and with the utmost respect for myself, my family and my home. You will never find a better company to care for your plumbing and heating needs.

Brian put my boiler in a few years ago. He came in at the best price and it works fine. He will do the little extras. . He has been loyal and responsive to me as his customer.
