Quality, quality, quality. The first time they came to my house was on a moment’s notice to replace our water heater. They replaced our sewer stack and fixed our laundry hoses as well a few months later. While replacing the stack, a pipe that wasn’t glued in properly fell out. Our house is old and has definitely had questionable plumbing done to it! They showed me what happened and took the time to get materials and fix the new issue. They could have easily just put the pipe back and said nothing. I really appreciate their transparency and thoroughness! Highly recommended.

I called because I had a sewer main problem and asked him to come take a look and give an estimate. He came by and then called me ENRAGED because he saw another plumber walking into the same property. I calmly tried to explain that it was a big job (~$7,000) so I wanted a couple of quotes and I try to schedule people around the same time to prevent driving my tenants crazy. He couldn't listen and refused to come in. I called later and he told me "I'm too busy taking care of my PAYING customers!" I guess he's too busy and angry to get paid $7,000.
