Gauthier plumbing responded quickly and did a great job. They were courteous and professional. We would definitely receive them.

Guy said he'll be here at 11 so I waited. Didn't show so I called and then he promised 1, didn't show to that either.. wasted my whole day waiting for him.. Nit a good way to treat a customer..

Had them come to our home for a plumbing/drain issue. Must have called at LEAST 3 times before they came out to verify they could indeed do the job and bring the correct equipment with them as other plumbers had said we need a drain company specifically. We were reassured that they have the right equipment and will bring it out with them & we agreed to the 2 hours min $ charge. However, once the 2 guys arrived, they only had a small snake which I had told them over the phone wasn't long enough (my husband already snaked the line with that length). After being here for maybe 30 mins they said they'd have to come back with the correct equipment for more $$. So essentially we gave them a couple hundred dollars to be here for 30 mins and they didn't bring the equipment they said they would initially. Would NOT recommend this company which is unfortunate as we like to stay local. We were called back after the service and I expressed our disappointment to which they responded we will let the owner know and get back to you which surprise...no one got back to us.

Fast and professional service. Highly recommend. I called several other companies on list and got the run around. Gauthier came right away and got the job done. Couldn't be happier with service! 5++++
