I used these guys just today for a frozen burst pipe in my bathroom. They were walking out my door less than 20 minutes after arriving. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided. After calling 14 other numbers I'm greatful that they were able to fit me in so quickly. I called at 1:30, they were at my house at 2 and out by 2:20. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be using them if I need to in the future Update: Had the same guys come out to try to install the toilet that service master to kindly left in my kitchen. They were helpful and knowledgeable but we're unable to install the toilet. When I talked to the owner Jack he was very nice. It wasn't until I refused to have his guys attempt to rig up a toilet in my demolished bathroom for myself and my 3 small children, that he got nasty and out right rude. I will never use this company again. Jack's staff is great, very nice, but their downfall is their very unprofessional owner. On top of the bad customer service (by the owner) I received a bill for $125 just for coming out. When they fixed the pipe that caused all of this in the first place I was charged $154 ( cost of the cap they replaced was $4) was outright told the original time that they had to up the price due to demand.

Jack Dumas is the only plumbing company I will use! The first time I called he called me back the same day and set up an appointment immediately to repair a pressure reducer. I have been very happy with Jack and Chris ever since and highly recommend them.

My management company hired Jack to swap out a 40 gallon water heater at one of our properties. The bill cam to $1,352.66 which was a bid excessive.... So, I called and left a v-mail for him to call me back, so I can get an actual breakdown of the charges..... Long story short, he calls me back and before I can get a word in he says "I know what you are trying to do. OK !.... the price is what it is""" and than he just hung up on me! I don't like leaving reviews, let alone bad one, since I know how much it means in the service sector, but I could not overlook this guy's bad manner and his short temper. YOU DO NOT SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT. and you DO NOT hang up on customer. Hope you treat your next customer better.

We had an issue with our trap and needed a professional to get all the connections right. I called Jack and he was able to fit us in the following day. His son, Zach came to perform the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable. There was part we had installed that was leaking and he thought he was able to fix it but it ended up leaking a bit after he left. Jack returned my call later that night and Zach came back in the morning. In addition to prompt, top-notch service, their prices were also reasonable. Would definitely use again and am happy we found a reliable plumber in Worcester!
