Wish I could give ZERO stars. Let me start by saying they never even made it out to our house. We made an appointment for routine septic pumping well in advance for an AFTERNOON appointment. They finally squeeze us in for October 3rd only to show up in the morning when we are both working. Fine, we reschedule for November 29th (TODAY). Well over a month later. TODAY, mere 2 hours before they are to show up, they call to CANCEL, saying they have NO idea when they can reschedule so please CALL SOMEONE ELSE... and give us a number to ANOTHER company. Can you say ABSOLUTELY ridiculous? If this was to be the end result why not tell us OVER A MONTH ago since we needed you back in OCTOBER. Now the ground will likely freeze before ANYONE can come out to do a SIMPLE routine maintenance! Unbelievable. I never write reviews, but this one will be posted EVERYWHERE, because I am beside myself with how unprofessional this business has conducted itself.

Have been using them for years. So nice on the phone and in person...they always show up on time.
