Very disappointing. I have been a long time customer with this company about 10years. We scheduled to have a gas line run for our new stove (upgrading from electric to gas). When the plumber showed they were anticipating just a hook up not that they were needed to run the new line. When speaking to the owner I was told they were short staffed on this day....so someone is lying, not sure who, apparently a two person job. Rescheduled for the following day, when the two plumbers showed up they barley said two words. Instead of letting me know what they were going to do, he proceeded to take a chissel to my new tile floor????????. If he had mentioned his plan to me I would said no, I can drill the holes through the tile and into the basement. So he put a 5" crack in my new tile, I asked them to stop. Spoke with the owner, they are not coming back.
This plumber installed a brand new toilet in the end of July. Within weeks it started to move. By Christmas it was like a rocking chair. It actually scared guests when they used it. I called about it and was told it would cost $105/hour to come fix it. A toilet is a stationary item... they’re not supposed to move at all. I would not call Anytime plumbing ANYTIME in the future.
Excellent attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. Very impressed with the response time and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend this company. Just bought a 1850s home, so i have them on speed dial..lol
We have used Anytime Plumbing several times, all on an emergency basis, and all with great experiences. The guys are professional, diligent, and friendly, and make a bad day a good one. I get a kick out of reviews about pricing...most of the time folks need plumbers on an emergency basis - what are you expecting to pay for the convenience of an emergency call? Highly recommended.
