Sloppy install of a Goodman condenser and evaporator in an existing heating/cooling system. Days later gallons of water on my floor. They returned on a Sunday (good) but the tech informed me that my condensation drain pipe was “previously cracked” and this was not their fault and they would have to charge me for “the repair” total bs. Never leaked previously They of course had damaged the existing pipe retrofitting the drain connection . I tried to withhold final payment pending an evaluation by a different company but the check had already cleared. Received irate and threatening calls from the manager and owner. Do not use this contractor. Horrible experience.

Rip off company I will not recommend. They are not honest. They will fix one problem and creat more to call them back in few weeks. I have two units. They not working now.
