I could tell my hot water tank was about to die...so I called for an estimate on replacing my hot water tank to a tankless. Guy came out to do the estimate...had to text him a couple of times before he even sent it. Once I received the estimate even though I thought it was a little high. I called them to set up an appointment for them to come do the job. To only be told they could come do the job until 2nd week of August...that's six weeks away. Thanks for wasting my time.

Service was excellent. The Technician quickly identified the issue with my water heater, the relief valve was leaking very slowly, ordered the parts and the subsequent replacement by the same tech went quickly and smoothly, The office called to notify me the day before and the day of each appointment which was nice. They also were very accommodating when I had to reschedule the replacement within an hour of the scheduled install. Very professional and cheerful!

I would recommend Dorsey and Son. They actually have a live person answer the phone when you call to set up an appointment. how nice is that! Too often you get "leave a message" and no one returns your call. Great service, professional and very reasonable too.
