Total ripoff. Charged over $220 for an hours work and a $20 part. Don't use. Shouldn't have been over $110 for an hour and $20 for part. Don't use them. I would put zero stars if I could. Also charged tax. Will see if that flies.
Patrick has come out twice to help with my Mom's house. Both times he was out within an hour. He is very nice and professional. I am pleased with the work he has done and would highly recommend him.
Did they do good work? sure but they were working under a contractor Ray Cannon and over charged me $200 to make for his cut of the pay. My advice is get a free estimate of the labor and costs and compare it to other local businesses. This is not how you do business locally, word and bad reputation spread quickly.
Patrick was prompt and very friendly. He found the problem fast and fixed it. Would highly recommended Action Plumbing. He saved our day!
