Call-Us Plumbing

Okay so I had call us plumbing do work on a home I was about to list for sale and here is/my my experience. When I spoke to mike who I assume is the owner I was taken aback by his bluntness but I work around it daily so I said to myself to give him a chance and let's see what happens. That was a heck of a good choice. The technician was prompt and professional. The work performed was done in top notch fashion. They even saved me quite a bit of money by explaining to me why I DIDN'T need some things done that other companies tried to sell to me. In the end the company was professional but blunt and saved me hundreds of dollars while completing the job under what my expected costs were. I understand some people's desire to have what they want right when they want it and to have their butts kissed in the process, but I would rather have a tech that is professional but direct doing expert work and saving me money. In short, I will be using call us plumbing from here on out. Thanks guys!

Yep. I had their company recommended from one guard home warranty, to fix a slab leak, but than, I called Mike cause maybe dirt got into my water line, the shower handle stuck, and now is leaking water. I contacted him and he never responded back to me. I called my home warranty, I said.. okay I will try calling him again. He was so rude. Its 812pm. Dont call me at this time .. why does Mike give his personal cell out.. but I called the office. Oh ya he'll come and check it out. NO THANKS

One Guard recommended I contact their referral company since I have no sign of a leak. Call Us Plumbing was extremely professional and kind to explain what we are noticing with our pipes. I appreciated their honesty and approximate cost to fix the issue over the phone.

Nope don't call them. Fidelity insurance contracted this man to handle my service request. I called him to schedule an appointment and I let him know I was in a rush and just called him instead of waiting for his company to get in touch (leaking water heater). He tells me as sarcastically as his sneering voice can "Well good for you!" I said oh so the reviews about you are true, never mind I will call fidelity and have your service order removed. On to the next company that will hopefully treat prospective clients better!

I was very pleased with Call Us Plumbing service and technician. Willy complete the work request and answer all my questions regarding plumbing issue. They came on time and called 30 minutes before coming to our house.
