Fast efficient service. 24 hour emergency service is awesome. I called at 2am and they were here first thing in the morning. AC is up and running again blowing cold. I am very satisfied with the fast responsiveness and professionalism. Highly skilled technicians. Very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using them. They also offer military discounts.

Well, I don't even know where to begin with my review. Because I can't say enough about my experience with this company. First of all they came highly recommended by a family member and I can't thank them enough for doing so. Our technician's name was Chris and he arrived at the time that was promised and got straight to work, he fixed our AC unit within minutes. With this Arizona heat I can't stress enough how crucial it was to get this resolved ASAP. Unfortunately, for me this couldn't have come at a more inopportune time financially. But, Chris was so helpful and explained the payment options, and with his help I was able to chose the best payment option for me. He was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions about the work he did and about the financing. After all of that I can say that a tremendous weight was lifted from my shoulders. The entire process took less than an hour. Chris was so easy going that at the end it felt like I was talking to a good friend. I highly recommend this company they have a wonderful staff. Thanks again for all you did Chris!

Francisco was very knowledgeable as to what I was wanting to do and was correct in saying I would get my water pressure back once the water softener was removed. He was very pleasant to talk with while doing the work and explaining what he was doing. He seems as though he would be a good trainer for the plumbing field. It looked as though he kept a clean well organized truck to make it easy to find what he was looking for. Brandon Goetz arrived fairly soon after a request was made for repairs. Told him what we were looking for and in a coup!e of hours we have new valves in and out. Did good work, has people skills and offered advice on another issue when asked. Seems like a nice person. Will have him do other work as needed. Thank you.
