Called Southern Plumbing to get a couple of faucets installed and water heater checked. Not only did they schedule me for the same day. The plumber came early. Kudos to Southern Air Heating and Cooling in Leesville. We were hit by lightening yesterday, lost our A/C. Called them at 4:00 Thursday, they immediately came out. We needed a new motor. They didn't have one in stock. They told us they would order one first thing Friday morning and have it overnighted. In the meantime the staff called around and found one in Alexandria. They sent their rep to pick it up and kept us updated. They had our air up and cooling before 1:00 pm today. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you so much!
