Very good work. They took extra time to ensure it was done right.

Absolutely terrible. Called on a Friday for work to be done at the restaurant I work at. They said they showed up but no one did. Then they re-scheduled for Monday at 11am. No one showed up. When we called back to ask why and if they were coming no one had a clue and then we were told they double booked and wouldn't be showing up until they basically felt like it. The woman who answers the phone Christy or Chrissy proceeded to yell at the manager. Told the manager she wasn't responsible for their plumbers and told her to have the owner call her and talk to her since obviously the manager couldn't understand what she was saying. When I called a plumbing supply store in new llano to get phone numbers even they said they stopped referring people to Petes plumbing. They said they are terrible and would never send anyone there. Luckily we were able to find a plumber that is not Petes plumbing who was willing to come immediately with absolutely no issues. If I didn't have to give a star I would not have.

Since 2007 when I brought my old house they have been my go-to plumber. The are honest and kind and get the job done. They give you solid maintenance advice. Pete's just gets it done!

I called a few times, left messages. No one ever bothered to call me back. Guess they went out of business.

I have used them three times this year and each time nothing is fixed, my drain in my tub wont close anymore and my toilet is leaking AGAIN, when they do decide to answer the phone or call me back it is days later and all that happens when they come out is I get charged 60-80 or more dollars and the problem never gets fixed its just made worse
