i am so happy to share my review of Phend Plumbing with the public! I called Phend at 9 am last Wednesday because I had FINALLY had it with my disposer! I got a window of 11-1 on the same day for a technician to come out. Kory called me at 10:50 and was on his way to my home. He arrived completely prepared for my job and was so efficient and professional. I had a brand new garbage disposer and sister-sink drain basket. He also saw that my sink faucet was loose and he tightened it up so I won't have any structural damage from water leakng. The whole thing was finished by 1. I was so pleased and felt really good about my decision to have the work done and to use this company. I plan to call these guys for all my plumbing needs.

My realtor recommended Phend for a leaking 25yr old Moen bathtub faucet. Geno was great! Reasonable price quote and he honored the price even though it took longer than anticipated. Very happy with price and service. Highly recommend!

Had an unknown leak in the master bathroom. . . others looked and were not sure what to do. . they said looks to be in the master bath tub. . gave permission to proceed to investigate. . confirmed leak location, they got parts from the truck, did the work, verified no more leak. . VERY HAPPY. . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. . .

Company representative was on time, spoke with my wife, explained the options available to do what she wanted done, gave a very concise estimate with options. No high pressure sell, just a good experience. If we decide to go forward with the work, Phend Plumbing is the company we will look towards to do the job.

Worked with me on when to come, came promptly, diagnosed issue with my wife, let me talk to him to confirm, figured out I'd already addressed the issue, but not run the drain correctly (dishwasher) to confirm - and then left with no charge. I'll call again any time.
