Jessie came out for a free service consultation. I wanted a second opinion for a replacement part in our water heater since Parker & Sons told us we needed it. Jessie was honest and upfront about this particular part. He even flushed our water heater to see if there was any rust in it since that's what we were told. I appreciated his honest recommendation and will definitely be using EZ Flow for all our plumbing needs now.

I found EZ Flow Plumbing through a google search and called based on their reviews. The reviews were spot on. They were able to get someone out to look at a leak the same day I called which was awesome. Jessie was super helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions. I was very happy and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.

Able to come out on very short notice to fix a hose bib. The technician, Danny, alerted us of a much larger problem that was unrelated to the work he did. He helped us identify and fix a major issue that we were not aware when buying a house. He was very professional, honest and helpful with the entire process. I will use them again.

My gas water heater stopped working, so I called EZ Flow Plumbing. Danny came the same day and explained the problem and all of the options. He worked very hard and spent most of the afternoon replacing the old water heater with a new one. Besides being skilled and efficient, he was so kind and explained lots of things to me that I did not know or understand. If and when I have another plumbing issue, I will call EZ Flow Plumbing and ask that Danny be the technician to fix the problem.
