WATCH OUT! The started out great to deal with. Then we hit a snag on a material order where Bluegrass ordered the wrong pump. They were paid for the service, and they told me they would get the correct one to get the temporary pump replaced. They never replaced the pump, the temporary pump failed and backed up the sewage into the space. They would then screen our calls, not return any calls, messages, texts, or anything to finish up what they were PAID to do. Terrible integrity. Watch out - DO NOT USE!
