My mom and dad don't have computer service, so I was asked to leave a great review on their behalf. They said they called Bluegrass and left a message about their water heater problem, and they promptly received a call back, and service was scheduled and completed the next day, or it could have been the same day. Regardless, this is the second time they have used the company and could not be happier with the service, knowledge, and friendliness that Bluegrass exhibited. They highly recommend them.
WOW! Bluegrass is the best. I called and they sent someone out to my house within hours, even though they were booked up. They got to the house, identified the problem (roots in the pipes), and called me to let me know what was going on. The price and overall service is not comparable, simply the best company for any plumbing issues. You have a loyal customer in me because you all are awesome. Thank you Bluegrass Plumbing.
They took care of me and was there in a timely manner
Called on Thursday. Was told no service until Tuesday. Tuesday, I followed up and they had not even scheduled me. Promised to investigate but didn’t call me back. I called for a new schedule. After answering each question, I commented that they had asked this before, the intent being to let them know I had actually called before. The receptionist said “if you are going to be rude, find another plumber” and hung up on me! I called back and left a message that I wasn’t being rude and this would definitely be reported. I HOPE they were not discriminating against certain neighborhoods!
When I first called I spoke with a woman, who said she was the manager. I told her I had a clogged sink and she said she would send someone out. I then asked how much it would be, even if it was just a ballpark figure and was told there is NO WAY to know that (which is a lie because the lowest it will be is 85$ apparently because that is how much a house call is which was info given to me by the workers when they came out. The prices go up from there). Anyway, the guys came out and did a quick very good job, so no problem there but I asked again how much it would be which is when they told me 85$ which has to be paid the same day. The guys left, and I went on about my day. The next day the same woman called to get my payment and I asked her if we can pay it later, she said no. She was rude the whole time.. I explained to her that it was her that id spoke with and that its not fair to the consumer to have a service rendered without letting the person know how much the service will be and then want payment up front regardless. She then told me that if I wanted to run a business I should come run hers, to which I said no thanks. She also told me that she would have the owner call me back (which was over a week ago) and he hasn't. I also have called everyday and they won't answer or respond to the various emails I've left. I even told her that if the calls are recorded id like her and her boss to listen to the way I was spoken to. This is awful and I hope that everyone thinks about this before they go to Bluegrass Plumbing. Im deeply dissatisfied at the lack of professionalism and respect for the consumer. The work that the guys did was good, but the office staff is atrocious and 85$ for doing almost nothing is a bit much. Plus, they apparently WILL NOT work with you on paying the bill, or thats what I was told.
