I will only call Cliff for my plumbing needs. He drove all the way up to Tucson for a new water heater and to fix some leaks around my house. He charges fairly and offers military discount. Great family run business and nice truck! Great design choices he offers as well.

My appointment was set for 1 p.m. Around 1:30 and I call Clint just wondering what time he could make it (I figured in his line of work there was no way someone could be that precise and show up on one). Clint is there within half an hour and fixes my issue instantly!!!! On top of the excellent service he did not charge me due to his tardiness. Even if I had to pay (which I should of because he did come out on a service call) I would still be giving a great review. Needless to say Cliff's is now my go to plumber. You have a customer for life!!!

When I have a problem I know who to call. Cliffs is cheap and dependable.

Cliff was super nice and vey efficient. We called him on a Saturday and he was out within the hour. He fixed our kitchen sink in no time and his rates were incredibly reasonable, especially for a weekend call. I love that he gives discounts to veterans. He's our go-to plumber from here on out.

Deceptive, condescending, over-chargers. When I made the appointment for a toilet that was not flushing properly, I was told there is a ~$97 service charge that covers up to a hour, and if there is any additional work or parts that would be extra. OK. Well, no! The guy shows up (on time), spends 20-30 minutes, runs a snake 6 ft. down the toilet, flushes it a couple of times, and tells my wife it's all good. He hands her a bill for ~$125, as he charged ~$30 more for using the snake. ????? Isn't that part of the service call?? When I called the business and complained I was told, "You realize we're not handymen. We're licensed and bonded." I asked what that had to do with being charged an extra ~$30 on top of the ~$97 service fee. I will NEVER use this rip-off plumber again!!!!!!!!!!
