Fantastic experience working with these guys. Matt was the man. Had to replace a shower valve for me and was excellent in communicating, being on time (early actually), and just flat out, being professional. They were booked for a couple of days and because of my situation (no running water), they fit me in under 12 hours after I called. Call these guys, great people.

Discovered my leaking water heater after 10 PM on a Friday night. I left a message at Mr. Rooter plumbing and fortunately they returned my call 9 AM Saturday morning. Of course they had a busy weekend schedule planned, but when I told them my dilemma the office immediately sent very efficient technician, Cameron Snowden,To assess my situation. I was not surprised I needed a new unit, as the old one was quite old. He wrote up a reasonable estimate for replacement, said if I signed this order he would be back Saturday evening to install the new water heater. I doubted he would be able to fit it into his schedule, therefore was so pleased when he called at 5 PM to see if it suited me for him to install new water heater Saturday evening. Of course I said yes, was delighted that everything was completed around 9:30 PM, and hot water was available soon after that for my shower. Cameron did such a great job explaining my options, advising me on the best route to take, and quickly efficiently doing the work. I definitely will call them again when I have any plumbing issues.

Had the best service this week from their plumbers, they were so nice had a trenchless pipe replacement done and I can’t even tell they were here. Beware using new plumbing companies was almost scammed by a start up Mickey Mouse plumbing company. You get what you pay for, they are true professionals.
