I can't remember the name of the young man who came over. But, I can tell you, being on time or, even rather early is a big plus for me. I had several questions and he answered everyone of them. He gave me the best price to do the job (which it was the reason I called them). He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was very fast even though he had to go into the crawl space. I wish I remember his name. But no matter, next time I will use them again.

Hot water heater popped 4:45 on a Thursday, lucky I heard it and got it turned off or there would have been serious water damage. I called planning to be scheduled for Monday. They were at my house the next morning to check it out and new heater was installed by 3. Also fixed my outside faucet. Great job again

I had a basement Sump Pump issue. The very Professional Service Guy came out, took care of it. Very satisfied with the service. Will definately keep them top of the list for Plumbing issues.

We’ve had a couple of unique projects on our home with renovations. GRS took the time to think through our projects and make them work the way we had envisioned. Customer service is top notch and the work they’ve done is outstanding. They also take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Just a pleasure to do business with.
