Called them 5/15 and they were able to respond the same day. The 2 gentlemen that came were professional and were able to fix my plumbing problem. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a pretty major leak. Ivitts sent Clay out that day to evaluate the problem. He repaired our problem and even left us know about another problem he found. There are no better than Charlie from Ivitts’s plumbing!! We are new to the area and have had problem after problem since moving in. It was so bad that was wife was horribly stressed and would cry about all these unexpected complications. Charlie not only fixed each dilemma we had but he also took the time to explain to us exactly what was going on and what he did to fix the issues. It’s also nice to see my wife happy!! A little over a month ago we had to have a water line replaced between the meter & the house. Well today we had to replace a water heater. Great job on both.We went tankless. Very good product, Navien. They did a great job. Looks great. Hot water with no leaks. If you need plumbing work done call these people.
