A-OK Septic Sewer & Drain Services

Well long story short he lies to his customers never answers his phone and does not keep his word.Because of his actions it has cost me in excess of 8000 dollars , if you hire this man u need to make a psychiatrist appointment because u have lost your mind......VERY SAD AND PATHETIC

Sitting here waiting on this guy for 5 hours now. Set up to be here today because "He'd be free", but said give him an hour to get here. Called back& it keeps going to voice mail. He was just here to snake a drain again a second time,the first he punctured my water line,fixed it,but said if I had problems he'd be back...& it's gotten worse. 4x to voicemail after taking the first call today. At this point I want all my money back. Hopefully he'll contact me. I just text his cell so there's calls messages& that.

Very quick to respond and deal with my issue. Charged me 1/4 the price of the others I had called and him and his wife were very nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommended.

This guy is a joke. I paid him to snake out a drain which he was unsuccessful at doing. He came out two different times and wasn’t able to fix the problem, then told me he would give me my money back and never did. Very unprofessional
