I have called upon over the years and several times under special circumstances and they always go out of their way to do everything they can to assist you and your issues in a timely manner. From the office personnel to field techs to management I have never had a problem or been anything but pleased with the service and respect I received.

February 2018. Management sucks. Work sucks. A few months ago the contractors on our remodel brought in PMC and they DO NOT stand behind their work. Leak in pipe they installed and won't come back out to even look at it. Owner won't take our calls. Took our money of course. In fact, we were told "you get what you get". B E W A R E.

Their "work" caused a leak in our ceiling and caused $2,000 in damage. Owner will not reply to emails or messages. In the meantime, they sent bills for months because they had to come out and fix what they broke.

I was needing my ac fixer quick and fast! The service guy Ben they sent out was polite and knew his stuff. I will be asking for him in the future. L
