Driver of van with license plate 351JVG had a borderline road rage incident on Oliver street today. I was behind a slow moving vehicle and I got into the right lane. The plumbing van was in the same lane and behind me, and changed lanes at the same time as me, without using his signal. I didn't cut the guy off, her was back several car lengths and we were going the same speed. Immediately after changing lanes he sped up on me and shined his brights on me and rode my bumper. For the next few blocks he repeatedly swerved in and out of lanes without his signal because he was obviously in such a hurry that he didn't even care that he was behaving like a dangerous driver with no concern that his company logo and information was displayed on the van.
