Wonderful and knowledgeable service. Blue Duck called when they were on their way, gave firm and fair estimates, and then were able to install a new hot water heater the same day. All the options were explained in detail and the present plumbing carefully taken into account when we made our decisions. Blue Duck even fixed an old floor drain that we have never been able to use! They were also incredibly clean and careful when exchanging the tanks out. I would absolutely recommend Blue Duck to a friend and we will be using them for our plumbing services in the future.

John did an excellent job of installing a new water heater. He's very efficient and courteous. He made sure to clean up after himself, locking the door and turning off all the lights after finishing the work.
