I will always recommend Pipe Doctor for any plumbing services around Lawrence. They were professional, trustworthy, and economical as well. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with our water heater and gave me several options for repairing vs. replacing it. We ended up replacing it as it was almost 20 years old at that point, and went with a slightly larger model for only $100 more. They ran a new gas line and plumbed the pan under our water heater to drain over to our sump pump, in the event it ever leaked. Todd and his team were done with the repair in a single day. So glad to have hot water again!

My expectations must be too high. On their most recent visit, they dragged a toilet across my wood floors leaving a scratch only sanding will rid. Also, the hourly rate must include four cigarette breaks as I found the butts by the front door. When I reached out to have a conversation about my dissatisfaction, I was directed to email. Young guy has a lot to learn about customer service. You can do better!

Todd is phenomenal, great eye for detail, very good taste in recommending fixtures and other appliances, terrific service, always punctual, very clean, reasonably priced. Best plumbing service we've ever had!
