A-1 Septic Tank Cleaning

Very professional both on the phone and on site. Brian figured out my circa 1936 septic tank is partitioned and both sides needed to be pumped. But there was no opening for the second part where the sludge was. He could have easily just pumped the part that he could get to which was all water and would not have solved my problem. He went the extra mile to find the second part, dig in the ground to find the top of it only to find no opening. A concrete company had to come out and drill a core so he could get to it. He came back out for a second trip to finish the job and put in an opening so this doesn't happen again. His charges were very reasonable. Even though he could charged me for two services, he didn't. And he left it better than he found it. I would recommend A-1 to anyone!

He responds quickly to messages left on his phone and was able to get me on the books and taken care of quickly. A professional company and one I will use for years to come.

This company is awesome! Could have made money off me today but they were honest about my septic tank and said I could hold off another year. SO thankful for honest, small businesses like this one in our area.
