They've come out on time for each scheduled appointment we've made, polite, courteous, and fairly priced for their services. We regularly recommend Tom Owens for sewer line inspections.

Very happy with the service. Needed a sink and toilet installed and they provided quality at work at a fair price on a quick manner.

I desired a natural gas line ran for a gas dryer and gas range where one didn't exist, and it was a challenging requirement with ceiling drywall in the way that resulted in me thinking it wasn't possible without significant drywall tear-down. I was surprised when Tom found a way and did the calculations for a long run, and Jason and Cesar were able to come out a week later to implement the plan. They did excellent work, placing an extra shutoff on the new line, making a small hole in the drywall that, and had all the tools necessary for the job (I was prepared to lend a hand to cut through floor tile -- but they managed to do it in less time and no mess). The new piping is solid and extremely great looking (it's making it difficult for me to patch the drywall because the connections look like great engineering and the angles are geometric eye candy), and I swear my gas stove burns hotter than before (and the food tastes better -- well, just kidding -- or maybe not). I learned of Tom Owens through a realtor, and while I prefer to do water line work myself, it was nice having it done for me while I envied their mastery plumbing (and construction) skill. I also might add that I was impressed with the extra safety committed to the line (an added gas gap for the dryer hookup even though it had a shutoff because we didn't have a get dryer yet), and Jason volunteering to hook up my gas stove when the work was done. They also pressure-tested the lines before leaving and there wasn't even an ounce of drywall dust. Would strongly recommend. Our introduction to Tom Owens was through a real estate check for a sewer line inspection, and the CD left with us would make a gastroenterologist quite proud (only it's a sewer line...)!

Tom set up a time and date, but did not show up. Never called or anything.
