Home warranty nightmare resolved with Quality Plumbing Inc. I called them for a water heater replacement and they arrived within a couple of hours. Adam, my first point of contact, was extremely professional, kind, and didn't waste any time getting someone to help us out. Our home warranty company (HWA) continued to play games and low-ball our payout for a new water heater. Unfortunately, Ken the service technician, had to wait for prior authorization in my garage while I was on the phone. He was very patient, positive, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Ken. After our wait, he replaced our old water heater quickly and efficiently. Now, we are operating as normal and I have a life-long plumbing service to rely on. These are the folks you want. Thank you Quality Plumbing Inc., you guys are awesome.

I had a leak from my main water shut off valve. Called around to several plumbers to get quotes. When I called Quality Plumbing he listened and immediately said he thought he knew the issue and could help me fix it myself. He was very reassuring and walked me through the simple fix. N more leak. The integrity off that action made a huge impression on me. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again!!!

We had two problems: a bad fill valve and shut off valve in a toilet and a leaking pipe in the basement. Quality Plumbing's courteous and helpful scheduler got us an appointment quickly. Kenneth called to tell us when he would arrive; he was on time, professional, skilled, personable, courteous, and fast. While the toilet fixes were quick, the pipe was in a very awkward, difficult to access place on the ceiling. Kenneth did a great job fixing the leak quickly and securely and cleaning up. He surprisingly, but politely, refused a tip, saying the company takes good care of him. The cost was very fair. I will absolutely contact Quality Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

We recently hired Quality Plumbing to cap a gas line and fix a toilet. We had a great experience. Dylan provided excellent customer service and used outside the box thinking to identify and repair the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs and would recommend asking for Dylan!
