Customer service was EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the technician who came to fix our sewer lift pump, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. The phone call to set up the appointment, they were also knowledgeable, able to give us a rough estimate (the problem was known when we called, the lift had to be replaced) and professional. They were out the next morning, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything to me. I was extremely impressed and will Highly recommend them to anyone.

I was up through the night with my water heater leaking water all over the floor. I called David Lies Plumbing in the morning. They were able to re-adjust their schedule to get to my house first thing in the morning. They removed the old water heater, helped clean up the mess in the mechanical room, then installed the new water heater. I had them change out my main water shut off from a round handle to a new lever style handle. They had fast, friendly, and proficient service!

I was dissapointed in the labor charges. I was told $90 for the first hour and $22.50 for every 15 minutes after that. I didn't expect that the time started when the technician was on his way to my house, or that it included the 45 minutes it took him to go get parts, or that they round up so 6 minutes gets charged as 15. The technician was actually in my house working about 30 minutes yet I was charged for 1 hour and 45 minutes. This may be standard but it was not what I expected. I'm not sure why the parts weren't in his truck. Disappointed.

I called today (Monday) after my hot water heater broke yesterday. They were able to replace my heater the same day I called! They quoted me what I would be paying and helped me decide between a traditional tank and tankless water heater. They didn’t try to talk me into the more expensive option. They were on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs!
